Notre Dame wide receivers coach Tony Alford has become a familiar sight at Countryside High School in Clearwater, Fla., which features a couple players on the Irish recruiting board. Defensive back Alex Dixon is among them, and he hopes to land an offer later this spring. If that happens an unofficial visit could make Dixon's summer schedule.
