BALTIMORE -- Wise, the No. 2-ranked 4A/3A school in Maryland, certainly justified their ranking on Friday night at Morgan State University, site of the I-95 Kickoff Classic. The class 4A runner-ups handed last year's class 3A runner-ups, Franklin, a humbling 30-7 defeat.
