When Michigan first offered Avon, Ohio cornerback Ross Douglas, the four-star cornerback had already made a pledge to Penn State. Following Douglas' de-commitment from the Nittany Lions on Monday, Michigan re-offered the Rivals250 prospect and Douglas was ready to accept the opportunity this time around.
