On the day he was introduced as Arkansas' new head football coach, Bret Bielema gave the fans and media somewhat of a head-scratcher when he said the Razorbacks would start targeting more prospects in the state of Florida.

The idea sounded a bit strange simply because Arkansas had never had much luck in the Sunshine State. The Razorbacks signed a total of 12 players out of Florida from 2002 to 2012. Of those 12, four never played a single down for the Hogs. Four others left before the start of their third season...
