Chase Pittman appears to be unfazed by everything that pertains to college football.

The only senior starter on LSU's defensive front seven, Pittman simply goes out and does his job. There is no flash about his performances.

But, such an attitude goes hand-in-hand with his view of himself.

"I just want to be consistent," said Pittman, who will have played just three years in college - two at LSU and one at Texas. "I don't try to do anything outstanding. There are ten guys that will be there with me. If everybody does his job, we'll be fine."
