Clear Creek High School in League City, Texas has been friendly to Texas A&M through the years, sending such athletes as football player Reggie Graham and baseball players David Newmann and Chris Scarcella.

However, perhaps the best Wildcat athlete in a long time just finished his sophomore year in high school. Cornerback Marcus Davis will undoubtedly be one of the top defenders in the 2009 class and he also has the Aggies on his short list of schools under consideration.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Davis likes Texas A&M, LSU, USC, Texas and Kansas State.
