Sampson addresses injuries

Peegs.com Indiana brought in a big haul of incoming players this year, and it's a good thing because the Hoosiers have needed the extra bodies to overcome a handful injuries this season.
Most of the injuries up until the beginning of December haven't been serious, but that all changed when freshman center Eli Holman hurt and then re-hurt his wrist in practice last month. Holman only participated in six games this year and should be eligible for a hardship - commonly known as a medical redshirt - under NCAA guidelines, which require that an injured player participate in less than 20 percent of the team's scheduled games in order to be eligible for an exception.
