Huntington (Calif.) Edison High School has left no doubt this summer.
Having already ripped through the Dana Hills Air Strike Passing Tournament earlier this month, the Chargers further cemented their status as the pre-eminent passing league team in the Southland this weekend.
Playing host to arguably the most competitive tournament of the summer, Edison capped off another unbeaten run by defeating local power Oaks Christian 20-6 in the championship game for the third time this summer. Led by senior quarterback Matt Viles' three touchdowns, two of which went to senior wideout Jeff Trojan, Dave White's complex and precise passing offense once again proved too much to handle.
