One drawback to being the first school a prospect officially visits is there can be a considerable amount of time between visit and decision. Michigan was the first school officially visited by Maryland athlete Josh Furman but that trip is still vivid in the three-star prospect's mind.

The 6-3, 194-pound Furman visited Michigan the weekend they played host to Notre Dame and beat the Fighting Irish in the final minute of the game.
