Bigtime corner has 4 visits in mind

Roderick Sweeting fits the bill for the kind of 2009 bigtime prospects head coach Bill Stewart and his West Virginia University football staff has been recruiting this spring and summer. All are highly ranked; all plan to qualify once they graduate from high school upon June '09 graduations.

Sweeting is a "new recruit" out of a region that first-year Mountaineer wide receivers coach Lonnie Galloway has been plowing since arriving from I-AA national champion Appalachian State. The prospect hails from the Atlanta suburbs, has several Southeastern Conference offers, and on Thursday said he would be coming to WVU's Milan Puskar Stadium this fall for an official visit. (Galloway also recruits new turf North Carolina for the Mountaineers.)
