Two standing out for Hicks

There isn't much in the small Williamson County (Texas) town of Hutto to get excited about. But Hippo defensive end Nehemiah Hicks finds himself entering his senior year thinking about places a whole lot bigger than the Central Texas town.

Hicks was originally offered by Texas A&M after an unofficial visit several months ago and, since then, seven other schools have also come forward, including five others in the Big 12 Conference. That list includes Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Missouri, Baylor, Houston and SMU. Right now, however, two teams on the list have the lead for the 6-foot-3, 219-pound defender's services.
