Hicks has strong showing on defense

In Class 4A, teams are usually large enough to where players do not have to line up on both sides of the ball. However, in the case of Hutto's Nehemiah Hicks, it is hard to reason ever taking him off the field.

The 6-foot-4, 235-pound Texas A&M commit lines up at both tight end and defensive end for the Hippos. In their season-opening win against Austin LBJ this past weekend, it was his defensive skills that were on display.
