AL OL Amazed By Visit

Brian Anderson has a whole lot of offers right now, just none from any Power 5 schools, though that's likely to change.
A 6-3, 273-pound junior offensive guard from Montgomery, AL, Anderson has plenty of big boys looking at him, including UNC. In fact, he was at Kenan Stadium this past weekend taking in the Tar Heels' dismantling of Duke.

It was Anderson's first trip to Chapel Hill and he couldn't stop gushing over how much he enjoyed it.
"The visit went great," he told THI. "I was really excited to finally be able to get on campus for the first time."
Anderson has been offered by the likes of Toledo, UAB (the program is returning), and some high-level FCS programs. But speaking with him regularly is Clemson, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky, among others.
Anderson spoke with Gene Chizik, Chris Kapilovic and Larry Fedora during last weekend's visit. Part of his visit was to learn as much about UNC as he could. Anderson went into the trip not knowing a whole lot about the school and program.
"All I've known about UNC until this weekend was that they are a great school to get a degree from and that they have a nice campus, but I never got to experience it for myself until (this weekend)," he said.
So, what else is there to like?
"In addition to academics, the campus itself blew me away," he said. "Great college town and really just made me fit right in. The football program is rolling with Coach Fedora being there, and I got to go in the locker room with the players and celebrate, and that made me feel like I was part of the team.
"One thing that I didn't expect to be as nice as it is would be the facilities. I had no idea how nice of facilities that the football team gets to use."
Anderson hasn't been able to make it to all of the game-day invitations he's received. Among them are from Purdue and Notre Dame. He was at Georgia Tech on Thursday night, and also plans on visiting Vanderbilt and Georgia Southern.
"I honestly don't have any favorites as of now, I'm just kind of sitting back and viewing my options," he said, also noting that he's getting indications his offer sheet is about to grow with some intriguing options.
"I think it's only a matter of time until one pulls the trigger, and once one does, I wouldn't be surprised if other P5 schools begin to follow the trend," he said.
And when the time comes, what will matter the most to Anderson?
"My perfect fit would be at a school that I can get a great degree from, and also get the chance to make an impact on the program football-wise," Anderson said.
