Price suffers hand injury, surgery Friday
UNC may be without the services of starting cornerback Jabari Price for well over a month coming off an injury he suffered Tuesday at practice.
A UNC official sent the following release Thursday morning:

University of North Carolina sophomore cornerback Jabari Price injured a tendon in his left hand in Tuesday's practice.
He is scheduled to have surgery Friday at UNC Hospitals by Dr. Donald Bynum. His status will be updated following Friday's surgery.
