The new Rivals250 is out, and it includes 11 players from the state of North Carolina.

In addition to the 7 instate players noted Monday that are in the Rivals100, four more filled out the 250. They are: No. 200 WR Dyami Brown (West Mecklenburg H.S.); No. 204 RB Devon Lawrence (Wake Forest H.S.); No. 206 TE Zamari Ellis (Southern Vance); No. 218 DT Jordan Davis (Mallard Creek H.S.); No. 234 DT C.J. Davis (Mallard Creek).
