CHARLOTTE - Wake Forest connected on just one of its final 12 shot attempts, as North Carolina held off the Demon Deacons for a 68-59 win inside Spectrum Center on Thursday.

RJ Davis scored a team-high 23 points and Ven-Allen Lubin recorded his second-straight double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.

UNC improves to 22-12 on the season and will take on Duke in the semifinals on Friday.
