CORAL GABLES, FL – The Tar Heels won’t be back at No. 3 when the national AP poll comes out Monday because of the loss to Clemson on Tuesday, but they didn’t exactly wear the look of a top seed Saturday, either.
But North Carolina got a W. And as the dog days of the college basketball season start morphing into the home stretch, getting wins is what it’s all about.
Do the Heels need to improve in multiple areas? You betcha.
Are there reasons for UNC fans to be concerned, perhaps more than a few weeks ago? No doubt.
