MEMPHIS, TN – North Carolina used a big second half to beat Memphis, 84-76, in an exhibition game Tuesday night at FedEx Forum, and afterward Tar Heels Coach Hubert Davis met with the media to discuss his team’s performance.

The Tar Heels’ largest lead was 15 at 76-61 with 6:17 remaining. Seth Trimble scored 33 points to lead UNC. Elliot Cadeau had 11 points and 13 assists, and Jalen Washington went for 17 points and 6 rebounds.
