Darius Days confirmed to THI on Saturday night that North Carolina has offered him a basketball scholarship. Days, who is a 4-star prospect and the No. 70 overall player in the class of 2018, told THI that Roy Williams extended the offer,

"Yes sir. They came out and watched me in Deerfield. And they said they were going to get back with me. Coach (Roy) Williams called me tonight. Actually about an hour ago and he offered me on the spot," Days told THI.

Days has also been offered by Virginia, Kansas, Southern Cal, Oklahoma, Cincinnati and Tennessee among many others.

"He said he really liked the way that I play. Loves the way that I shoot the ball and rebound it."

THI basketball recruiting analyst Rob Jones says there's some variety to Days' game.

"If catches at high post he faces up well and looks to have a pretty good scoring ability inside 18 feet," Jones said. "Days is an active prospect that not only wants to score but also looks to get his teammates involved with his passing ability."
