PITTSBURGH – North Carolina ended a six-game losing streak with a 34-31 win over Pittsburgh on Thursday night at Heinz Field, which also ended a one-year, four-day streak since the Tar Heels last defeated a Power 5 opponent.
Four Tar Heels met with the media following the victory to discuss the team’s performance and how it feels to get a win.
UNC improved to 2-8 overall on the season and 1-6 in the ACC. Pitt fell to 4-6 and 2-4.
