North Carolina’s football team will go up the mountain for the first time ever Saturday to take on Appalachian State at The Rock in a game that increases in hype by the hour as it gets closer.

UNC opened its season last weekend by defeating Florida A&M, 56-24, while App State did not play. This will be the opener for the Mountaineers.
