North Carolina is still in the recruiting mode for the class of 2023. The Tar Heels have nineteen verbal commitments that stands at No. 25 in the Rivals recruiting rankings. Coach Mack Brown and the coaching staff have continued to recruit players all across the country. They do have some potential targets still in play whether they are undecided at the moment or currently committed to another school.
