The offseason was quite busy for North Carolina Football Coach Mack Brown, as he not only filled some holes through the transfer portal, but made some changes to his coaching staff, hired two noteworthy analysts, and steered a new tone among the Tar Heels.

So, was this a really good offseason for UNC football? Was it so so? Not very good?
