Noah Ruggles, a 2017 kicker from Steinbrenner High School in Odessa, FL committed to play football at UNC on Sunday. Ruggles was on his official visit when he committed to Coach Larry Fedora and the Tar Heels.

Ruggles was 1st Team All-Tampa Bay, 1st Team All Hillsborough County, and 1st Team Class 8A All-State.
