Idaho: Idaho enters the game 0-4 overall after a 40-37 overtime loss to Wyoming. The Vandals losses have come against Eastern Washington, Bowling Green, LSU and Wyoming.
North Carolina: North Carolina (2-2) scored a pair of touchdowns in the first 7:05 of the second half to break open a close game against the visiting Pirates. QB Bryn Renner threw a 62-yard touchdown pass to WR Sean Tapley, and an ECU turnover set up a 4-yard run by RB Giovani Bernard as the Tar Heels built on a 10-6 halftime lead. LB Kevin Reddick finished with 9 tackles while recording one of UNC's seven sacks and a forcing a fumble as UNC held an opponent without a touchdown for the second time this season.

IDAHO: RB Ryan Bass rushed for 121 yards and two touchdows against Wyoming last Saturday night.
IDAHO: Senior kicker Trey Farquhar leads the nation's kickers in field goals of 50 or more yards. He has seven to his credit, which includes last Saturday's
53-yarder vs. Wyoming. His personal best is 55 (one shy of the UI mark of 56 by
Mike Hollis) at San Jose State last November.
IDAHO: The Vandals had one interception in each of the first three games of the season - one by Homer Mauga vs. Eastern Washington, one by Solomon Dixon vs. Bowling Green
State, and one by Gary Walker vs. LSU.
IDAHO: Idaho's quarterbacks have thrown to 12 receivers already this fall. Transfer Najee Lovett, who joined the Vandals last spring, is leading the group with 22 catches for 227 yards for an average of 10.3 per catch - a number matched by Jarie Level, who is two catches behind with 20 for 206 (average 10.3). Senior Mike Scott has 18 for 184 and junior tight end Mike LaGrone has 10 for 94.
IDAHO: Collectively, Vandal quarterbacks have completed 67.3 percent of their passes. Junior Dominique Blackman is the leader with a completion percentage of 73.11 - good for ninth nationally. He also is ranked ninth nationally in completions per game (29).
UNC: LB Kevin Reddick had nine tackles, including a quarterback sack, and forced a fumble in the Tar Heels' win over East Carolina.
UNC: In the second half this season, Carolina is outscoring its opponents 78-10, including a 52-0 mark in the third quarter. The only second half points allowed were a TD at Wake Forest and a FG at Louisville.
UNC: QB Bryn Renner leads the ACC and is tied for fifth in the country with 11 touchdown passes. He has had two or more passing TDs in three of four games this season. Renner has thrown 78 consecutive passes without an interception, including all 43 in last week's
game against ECU.
UNC: Carolina leads the ACC in sacks per game and sacks allowed per game.
