Myers Park (NC) class of 2020 athlete Cameron Roseman-Sinclair has seen offers come in from Kentucky and Maryland, but this past week his biggest offer to date occurred when North Carolina extended him an offer during his recent visit.

"It was truly a blessing, I had been waiting my whole life to receive that offer," he told THI.

As for the visit, Roseman-Sinclair enjoyed getting to know the UNC staff better, including wide receivers coach Gunter Brewer, who focuses on the Charlotte area.

"It was great,” said Roseman-Sinclair, who is 6-2 and 185 pounds. “The coach I'm most familiar with is Coach Brewer, we've been having a strong relationship since the first day I met him.”

What has the UNC staff, including defensive backs coach Terry Joseph, told Roseman-Sinclair they like about the way he plays football?

"(They) love the way I play the game and the way I carried myself on the field," he said. "Yes, me and Coach Joseph have talked about the things that he loves about me and what him and UNC brings to the table."

Early projections has Roseman-Sinclair as a defensive back on the UNC radar Other than UNC, the two other programs that have offered are also showing a lot of interest at this time. But the focus right now is getting ready for his sophomore season.

"I've been working on my game in a lot of different other positions to help my team," he said.

A draw to remain in-state for Roseman-Sinclair is to help build one of the home state schools and be a part of its football growth. UNC has received some commitments from prominent in-state players over the last few months, and maybe Roseman-Sinclair can help make that a tradition.

“It's a really big thing lately to have more in state guys stay home and play for their home," he said.

Outside of return trips to Chapel Hill this fall, he has no other visits planned.
