CHARLOTTE - North Carolina defeated Davidson, 85-75, on Friday night at Spectrum Center to improve to 7-1 on the season.

Luke Maye scored 24 points and grabbed 17 rebounds and Joel Berry totaled 27 points while handing out 4 assists in the win. UNC outrebounded Davidson, 54-23, as well.
