CHAPEL HILL - North Carolina defeated Tulane, 97-73, on Sunday at the Smith Center notching the Tar Heels their eighth win in nine game.

It was UNC's sixth game in four arenas in the last 11 days. Luke Maye led Carolina with 22 points and 10 rebounds while Joel Berry and Kenny Williams each scored 13 points.
