CHAPEL HILL - North Carolina was defeated by Pitt 65-64 on Wednesday night at the Smith Center.

Caleb Love led UNC in scoring with 22 points. Armando Bacot had a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds. Pete Nance added 13 points.

UNC falls to 15-7 overall and 7-4 in the ACC. The Panthers improve to 16-7 and 9-3.
