It may be National Signing Day for college football programs around the nation, but North Carolina didn’t welcome any new signatures Wednesday because the Tar Heels filled up their class during the early signing period in December.

So, Mack Brown didn’t hold a press conference at the Kenan Football Center, but he was available to speak with Rivals.com about his program, recruiting and more.
