With only several spots remaining for North Carolina to fiill out its class of 2021, the Tar Heels' staff has shifted a lot of focus toward the class of 2022, and so has THI.

The COVID19 pandemic has made this an even more unusual experience for the current high school juniors than the seniors because some of these players haven't even yet met the UNC staff in person. But, with zoom and a variety of other means, they recruiting has gone on and relationships are being buiilt.

THI takes a look at UNC's 2022 targets in a two-part series. We begin with the in-state targets and will conclude with prospects from outside of North Carolina. And keep in mind, UNC's staff is still evaluating 2022 prospects so more players will be offered and will be added to this list.
