North Carolina unveiled its pre-spring football roster Tuesday afternoon, the first time the program has done so since Mack Brown was hired following the 2018 season.
The roster includes all current members of the program that will take part in spring practice and are expected to be in the program when fall camp begins in August. Also, weights listed are the targets for each newcomer as set by Brian Hess and the strength and conditioning staff.
No weight targets are listed yet for the seven members of the freshman class that have not yet enrolled.

Here are the heights and weights of the 13 newcomers, which include 12 freshmen who enrolled early as well as graduate transfer Ty Chandler, in addition to noteworthy projected weights of other Tar Heels.
Keep in mind, these are not all current weights, they are target weights.
