Good old fashioned high school recruiting has been quiet around the North Carolina program of late. There was an Elliot Cadeau reclass to 2023 earlier in the summer, but that has been pretty much it.

Don't expect it to stay that way. August is a big month for official visit scheduling. Expect the Tar Heels to get their fair share this fall. Many if not most of these could come from rising juniors with plans of reclassing to 2024.

This is also a good time to look at the past. A couple of North Carolina commits stood out during July. Take all of these things into account, and we have plenty to think out loud about.
