We haven't even gotten through the opening round of the NCAA Tournament, and eyes and questions are already surrounding the transfer portal.

North Carolina had two players enter the portal the Monday following the NCAA Tournament bracket announcement, and more are expected to come. The Tar Heels have two incoming freshmen in the 2023, but that doesn't figure to be enough to come close to filling the 13 allotted roster spots.
