Tre Holloman is the newest name to pop up in North Carolina's search for a point guard. Pete Nakos of On3 first reported Monday afternoon that the Tar Heels program were one of four programs including Baylor, North Carolina State, and Villanova who were expecting a visit from the former Michigan State point guard.

Tar Heel Illustrated spoke with a source who has knowledge of the recruitment. He called the report "accurate."
