UNC Going After Hutchinson: No. 2 Prospect in NJ

A real shocker in the Heels' recruiting efforts is the newfound interest of linebacker Berkeley Hutchinson from Long Branch, N.J.

Hutchinson had the Tar Heels on his list of schools last summer, but wound up committing to Rutgers. The 6-3, 230-pounder said recently that he is still committed to the Scarlet Knights, however, he has now decided to take some official visits. Among the schools on Hutchinson's visit list are UNC, Boston College and Georgia.

Hutchinson, who is rated the No. 2 prospect in New Jersey, has played almost every position on the field in high school from quarterback to kick returner. But it appears he'll play outside linebacker at the college level.
