4-Star 2018 small forward Nassir Little finally gets the offer from UNC he has been waiting for.

North Carolina handed out an anticipated offer to Nassir Little, a 6-6 small forward in the class of 2018 from Orlando, FL.

Little, who attends Orlando Christian Prep, has been trending toward an offer for the last few weeks, with UNC head coach Roy Williams closely watching him in each of the three evaluation periods. After this past weekend, the legendary coach decided to extend the offer.

"I actually spoke to Coach (Steve) Robinson earlier and he told me that Coach (Roy) Williams would be calling me later," Little told THI on Monday evening. "He did and I spoke to him, and he told me about the offer.

"It feels really good."

Little said UNC already has in mind the manner he can help the Tar Heels.

“UNC sees me as like a Theo (Pinson), they feel that if I come in and work I can be a big contribution and win a national championship," Little said.

THI recently spoke to Little's AAU coach from 1 Family, Brad Augustine about Little's game.

"I think the thing that stands out the most is his motor," Augustine said. "We compare him to Kahwai Leonard. He is always going to play hard and he's really elevated himself to where he is now. He's a kid who has made such a big jump from last April to now. Last year, some people saw him as a 3/4.

"Fast forward to now and everyone sees him as a 2/3 who shoots it 58% from the floor and 39% from three."

Little is rated the No. 29 player in the class.
