Merdinger popping for the Tar Heels places UNC’s team ranking for the class of 2024 at No. 13 nationally which stayed the same. UNC’s average player ranking dropped from 5.617 to 5.600 and stayed at No. 38 in average ranking per commitment. And keep in mind, this is a different formula than what is used elsewhere.
